Done-Assignment only works as an online company/service to provide the different services of various academic writing to its valued customers by a professional writing, researching and editing team. The assignment delivered by the company can only be used a model papers or for reference purpose only.

At Done-Assignment, we suggest that customers must review, comprehend and accept all the terms and conditions of our service before placing your order or using our service.

  • The legal agreement between the client and the Company will be effective right away when a client place an order and we assign that order to a writer. This agreement will be continued till the completed task is delivered to the client and the total payment is received.
  • The Company concurs to write and complete the ordered task according to the requirement given by the customer.
  • If the client is dissatisfied with the delivered assignment's quality and standard, the Company will revise the work by another relevant writer.
  • After many revisions if the client or his/her instructor is also disappointed, the client has the right to make a refund request in the written format. This request must be submitted within 7 days after order's delivery. In this situation, the client will be entitled to a refund. The Company advises that the client must review the money-back guarantee page prior to making any refund request.
  • Providing the valid and complete order details must be delivered by the client. If the company could not complete the order or deliver on time due to insufficient order details, the Company will not be responsible for this.
  • The Company guarantees to deliver the assignments on time with high-quality standard. However, if any inconvenient situation emerged and the Company fails to send the final completed task to the customer, the client will be qualified to get a refund.
  • The Company is not responsible or liable for any unmanageable issue regarding delivery, like incorrect email address, spam filters or carelessness on the client's end.
  • Immediate measures as per the relevant law will be taken by the Company in case of any violation of the Terms & Conditions is happened by the client. The action will be taken in terms of revocation of the order, no-refund, etc.
  • It is the absolute right of the Company that it can change or modify anytime its ‘Terms of Service’ or some of its clauses.
  • Once we deliver the finished document to you, we encourage you to go through it at your earliest and if there are any discrepancies get back to us within 48 hours with the document highlighting specific parts of the document that needs to be revised along with specific instructions mentioning what needs to be done. Failure to do so will void the refund completely. Read the refund policy
  • We recommend students who use our service to take time and read the entire document thoroughly, adjust the language accordingly and add their own understanding of the task at hand before final submission. Marking is out of our scope of work. It’s entirely your teachers choice what to grade you.

  • Please note that revisions are part of the research writing process. You may find that your assignment is not done as you had expected in the first go that’s why we offer free revisions.

Ordering Rules

  • Customer who is ordering must use his/her own credit card or PayPal account. 3rd Party payments are not allowed.
  • Customer must provide valid and readable Photo ID that could be (Driving License, Passport, and National ID).
  • Name of payer must be same as his/her PHOTO ID.

We will not deliver order until we have valid proof of ID and we reserve the rights to cancel the order same time and refund your complete payment if you fail to provide us identification.
